This consultation is directly linked to ACP-2021-012 for a permanent segregated airspace required for the operation of Spaceport1. As there is a demand to launch sounding rockets this year from the Spaceport 1 site, and ACP-2021-012 will not be completed in time to meet this demand, therefore there is a requirement to provide a temporary airspace solution to segregate sounding rocket activity from other airspace users. This change is requesting a temporary danger area over the Scolpaig launch site.
