The MoD has identified a requirement for the generation of new, suitable and safe airspace in the UK to facilitate Exercise Joint Warrior, allowing for modern military air systems to train to their full capabilities in a joint operating environment. The current Fast Jet Area (FJA) North and South will cease to exist at the end of the current year and MoD is seeking to deliver a permanent solution.
