London Biggin Hill Airport is proposing to implement an RNAV (GNSS) Instrument Approach Procedure (IAP), with LNAV and LPV Minima, to Runway 21. In accordance with the CAA guidance in CAP1616, the sponsor of an Airspace Change must test the Comprehensive List of options with the same stakeholders engaged with in development of the Design Principles. They are looking for a YES or NO response (with reasons as appropriate).
