This consultation is on the approach to the next price control review for NATS (En Route) plc (NERL) in light of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Following CAA´s previous decisions on NERL’s price control in 2019 and subsequent reference to the Competition and Market Authority’s (CMA), the CMA’s final report established price controls for the period 2020 to 2022. This consultation is on the key challenges for the price control, potential policy options and the timetable and processes to follow to have new price controls in place in a timely manner.
