Draft procedure for reviewing the classification of airspace

Consultation: 25th June 2020 – 17th September 2020.

The CAA is introducing a new procedures to review and where appropriate amend airspace classification. The classification in turn determines the flight rules that apply in that airspace and the procedures that must be follow. The CAA is seeking your views on the procedure they are proposing to adopt for amending the classification of airspace, reflecting the CAA’s airspace functions, government policy and best practice decision-making.
