From time to time
GATCO hosts a number of events each year such as the Annual General Meeting,
Pilot/Controller discussion evenings, and other events as seen desirable
by members. Such occasions can be a great opportunity to meet colleagues, discuss issues, resolve problems.. or simply to make new friends and have a good time! Details of future events are listed below: Saturday 10th October 2009 - Annual General Meeting, Mottram Hall Hotel, Prestbury, Cheshire In response to feedback received from you this year there will be an informal dinner in the hotel on the evening of the AGM, smart casual dress is recommended. Overnight accommodation is also available on a first come - first saved basis at reduced rates. If you are unable to attend the AGM please exercise your right to vote by proxy, the form can be downloaded here and after completion should be received by the Executive Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
