Consultation: 26th July 2018 – 17th September 2018.
New drone laws have come into effect in the UK on the 30th of July 2018. This consultation is the next step in the drones legislative programme being developed by the Department for Transport. Views are sough to shape the content and impact of a draft Drones Bill covering new technology, possible drone traffic management systems, police powers to enforce the law, minimum operator age and counter-drone technology.
