Membership Services is the membership facing element of GATCO’s Central Administrative Facility (CAF). Often referred to as the “engine room” of GATCO, this essential deparment, staffed by one part-time retired RAF air traffic controller, Max Shortley, is key to the smooth administration of all aspects of an individual’s membership.
Membership Services provides a single point of contact to members for any aspect of GATCO membership. The department also provides admin support to the Executive Board and all other GATCO departments, including regional officers, policy and admin committee members, the GATCO travel services administrator, retired members coordinator and the editor of GATCO’s publications. It does not matter if a member has a query about a legal issue, a policy matter or a straightforward admin request to update their address or change their bank details, all of these can be raised through Membership Services by one of the following methods:

Guild Travel Services
Before using the Guild Travel Services (GTS), you must obtain a GTS pack from Membership Services.
Wherever possible, the GTS pack is sent out as an e-mail attachment but may also be requested via post or fax if required.
The GTS offers various travel facilities to members for both recreational and business travel. Applications for travel should be e-mailed to travel (at) gatco (dot) org.
